Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:
If you are not 100% happy with the item/items you’ve received, then you may send it back to us according to the following rules:
Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return.
The item/items must be NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED, and in their original condition with tags attached; this includes no perfume or any marks from makeup from trying clothes on.
Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please indicate the items you're returning as well as the reason for the return.
If you have lost your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail address, Item/Items, Description, Reason for Return. If you do not provide each of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
RETURNS: We do not refund shipping charges. Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a Digital Gift Card. (Store Credit Code) to use on your next purchase. & You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

We do strive to inspect every single item before it is shipped to you, but if you do happen to receive a defective item you must notify us by email or direct message through your account within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear.
LOST PACKAGES: All packages are sent with a USPS tracking number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout, if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier.
We ARE NOT responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
